1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all tags, certificates, invoices, and accessories provided with the purchase.

  • Show no signs of alteration, damage, or tampering.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.

  • Engraved products.

  • Made-to-order jewellery.

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless received damaged.


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@lakhanijeweller.com or contact our customer support team.

  2. Provide:

    • Order Number

    • Product Images

    • Reason for Return

  3. Our team will review the request within 2-3 business days.

  4. Upon approval, return instructions will be shared.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Incorrect items received.

  • Size-related issues (subject to availability).

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photographs and an unboxing video (if available).

  • Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.

Customized, engraved, and made-to-order jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


8. Silver Jewellery Disclaimer

Minor variations in:

  • Weight

  • Finish

  • Stone placement

  • Oxidized detailing

  • Handcrafted textures

are natural characteristics of handcrafted silver jewellery and shall not be considered defects.
